The Berliner Rechtshilfefonds Jugendhilfe is a Berlin legal aid association which helps families who are having problems with the youth welfare office. They also help families having problems with a Jugendhilfe-Einrichtung (youth welfare institution). The staff here will try to find a solution. And this association has set up an Ombudstelle (ombudsman service). The support services on offer here are available to children, young adults and parents.
